The Asian Development Bank (ADB) in collaboration with the National Transmission & Despatch Company (NTDC) and Semiotics Consultants is pleased to launch a unique internship opportunity exclusively for female engineering students under the Grid Girls Program. This initiative is aimed at strengthening gender capacity in Pakistan’s energy sector and encouraging women to pursue technical careers in STEM fields.
Available Departments: Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering
Cohort 1: Duration 2 Months, Stipend Rs. 10,000/month, Eligibility: 3rd Year (5th/6th Semester) & Master’s (1st/2nd Semester), hands-on experience at national projects
Cohort 2: Duration 1 Month, Stipend Rs. 10,000, Eligibility: 1st Year (2nd Sem), 2nd Year (3rd/4th Sem), Final Year (7th/8th Semester), learning-oriented exploratory internship
