Publication Reward Application
Use this form to claim incentives for publishing in HEC-recognized journals (W, X, Y categories), Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals or conference proceedings, or peer-reviewed books and chapters.
Fill Form ACitation Reward Application
Use this form for the annual evaluation of Scopus-indexed publications based on your Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) score, excluding self-citations.
Fill Form BGrant Reward Application
Use this form to claim milestones for submitting national/international research proposals or upon the official acceptance and award of external research grants.
Fill Form CPatent Reward Application
Use this form to log national (IPO-Pakistan) or international patent submissions, official patent grants, or to claim annual commercial licensing revenue splits.
Fill Form DUnequal Contribution Agreement
This sub-form must be filled out only if your co-authoring or inventing team mutually decides to split an incentive based on unequal contribution percentages rather than an equal split.
Fill Digital Form EImportant Note
The Contribution-based Agreement Form (optional for Forms A, B, and C) needs to be filled out and attached to Form E. Please download, fill out, and get this physical agreement form signed by all contributors before filling out the digital Form E.
Additionally, you must submit the original signed copy of this agreement form directly to the ORIC office.
